When I think of lofts, I think of converted industrial buildings with raw space and great architecture. 121 Beach street is one of those buildings that has these characteristics. Recently I went to take pictures of a new unit for sale. This particular condo has brick vaulted ceilings, original detail and a cool large steel fire door that adds to the charm.
