I’m not going to lie, i have always thought it was the coolest thing to live on a house boat. I was always super envious of Tom Hanks in Sleepless in Seattle for his house boat and even more deflated when I found out it was for sale. A friend tipped me off to these house boat rentals that are scattered throughout Boston Harbor and Charlestown. I think its a great idea that gravitates towards not only tourists, but also to Boston residents looking for something new and interesting to do without having to go too far.
